Garrett GT2860RS ball bearing turbo has rapid spooling and low backpressure. Turbo mounts low in the chassis to keep your sleds center of gravity low. Mounted directly to the frame with a rubber support to keep stress off the header. Liquid cooled and oiled from the motor. Go big with the optional Garrett GT2871 turbo making you sled capable of producing over 26 psi of boost.
Rubber mount attaches turbo to frame giving the turbo extra support and reducing the stress on the header.
Fully TIG welded and ported stainless steel high flow four into one header with short piping designed for the ultimate in boost responsiveness. Complete with specially designed locking fasteners to keep header and turbo bolts from backing out.
Frame mounted to prevent if from blowing off at high boost. Positioned "tipped-up" to increase air flow and efficiency while accomodating stock hood. Large intercooler and piping sized for high horsepower.
Secures intercooler and throttle bodies at high boost pressures. Less wrenching and more riding.
|BLOW OFF VALVE
50mm Tial Q blow off valve keeps the turbo spooled up in on and off throttle situations.
11.6 gallon aluminum fuel cell fits under the seat and fills from the back. Compatible with stock fuel pump and sending unit.
|SURGE TANK AND HIGH FLOW FUEL SYSTEM
High flow fuel pump and regulator enables higher boost pressures. Includes 1/3 gallon surge tank increasing Apex fuel capacity to 12 gallons.
3" high flow cold air intake system with lightweight aluminum filter cage draws in air through the gas cap hole. Prefilter included.
Stainless steel high flow divorced port downpipe exits into the tunnel. Includes sensor bung welded on for air fuel gauges.
Reduces compression to 9.3:1 and allows use of premium pump fuel at moderate boost levels. We recommend the use of race fuel over 12 psi boost at sea level.
